Select a nice and wide glass jug and put in the following ingredients...
2 oz. Gosling's Black Seal Rum1 teaspoon sugar
1 1/2 oz. lime or lemon juice
1/2 oz. Grenadine
Dash of Angostura bitters
1 oz. Demerara rum
Add finely chopped ice and mix vigorously with a swizzle stick until the
jug begins to frost, then strain into a cocktail glass or a whiskey
sour glass. Serve and toast your return trip to Bermuda.
Alternatively, throw all the ingredients in a large jug with ice, and serve on the veranda with your friends,
enjoy the Bermudian sunset, before going for a midnight swim in the 80 degree waters.
