Black Seal UK REFERRAL PROGRAM SCHEME

DEFINITIONS

RPS: the Referral Program Scheme, under which members, by referring new customers to Black Seal UK, can earn the right to purchase Black Seal Rum on a discounted basis.

Member: the person making the referral of a new client to Black Seal UK, being a Member of the RPS.

New Customer: the new customer to Black Seal UK having been introduced by the Member.

QUALIFYING NEW CUSTOMERS

Only New Customers meeting the following qualifying conditions will be eligible to for the Scheme:

• they are not already known to Black Seal UK
• they have not already been contacted by Black Seal UK
• each New Customer will only count against the account of one Member.The first Member to claim a referral against an individual will claim RPS rights to that individual's purchases for the purpose of his RPS account.
  

QUALIFYING PURCHASES

Only orders occurring within twelve months of the New Customer being registered under the RPS will qualify for the Member's account.

PROCEDURE TO REGISTER

• The Member must be registered with the RPS in order to be eligible for discounted purchases of Black Seal Rum.
• The Member will advise Black Seal UK by email to register IN ADVANCE a New Customer who he has referred to Black Seal UK.
• Black Seal UK will acknowledge receipt of referral and confirm or otherwise the Member's eligibility to claim the referral of the New Customer.
• On request, Black Seal UK will advise the Member of the number of qualifying purchases made against his account.
• The New Customer MUST include in his purchase order a statement that he has been referred to Black Seal UK by the Member for the Member's account to be credited.

AMOUNT OF DISCOUNTED PURCHASE RIGHTS

• For every twelve bottles of Black Seal Rum purchased by Referrees of the Member, the Member will be allowed the right to purchase three bottles of Black Seal Rum for the price of two, representing a saving of 33%.
• The discounted purchase rights are not proportional and cannot be pro-rated.
• Discounted purchase rights are not transferable.

CLAIM OF DISCOUNTED PURCHASE RIGHTS

• The Member will send an email to Black Seal UK advising of their eligibility and desire to claim.
• Black Seal UK will confirm by email the Member's eligibility under the RPS and detailing instructions of how to proceed with the claim.
• If the Member is eligible, they may proceed to the website to purchase two bottles of Black Seal. Black Seal UK will deliver three bottles of rum for the price of two.

DISCOUNTS

All discounts under the PRP will be given at the discretion of Black Seal UK

RULINGS

All rulings made by Black Seal UK under the RPS are final and no discussions will be entered into as to eligibility.

Sign up to the RPS indicates unreserved acceptance of the Terms & Conditions.
